2. Consideration and possible action re: Ratification of theInterlocal Contract between Nevada Department of Agriculture and the Central Nevada Health District for the Mass Gathering Event, Burning Man 2026, not to exceed $11,000.
3. Consideration and possible action re: Agreement with the Department of Agriculture to assist with Environmental Health staff vacancies and oversight, until the Environmental Manager position is hired and trained, with an anticipated fiscal impact not to exceed $1,700 per week, and authorize the Administrator to execute.
