- Consideration and possible action re: Renewal of a temporary use permit, TUP25-4, previously granted to Thomas Hodgdon on May 8, 2024. The property is located at 7730 Curry Road, Assessor's Parcel Number 006-553-12, in the A-10 zoning district. The Director is not able to approve the renewal of the permit since significant progress toward reconstruction of the residence was not made in the past year. The applicant is requesting renewal for another year for them to be able to reside in the RV on the property while reconstructing the residence that was damaged in a fire.
