Consideration and possible action re: Setting of a Public Hearing for October 15, 2026, to consider a Service Plan for Churchill Hazen Industrial Park General Improvement District, submitted by Cory Hunt with CHIP LLC; and referral of the Service Plan to the Planning Commission for review and recommendation.
13. <strong>First Reading:</strong> Consideration and possible action re: Initiating Ordinance 2026-E for a Petition filed by CHIP LLC for the formation and creation of a General Improvement District to be known as Churchill Hazen Industrial Park.
