  2. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to authorize a Service Line Protection Plan Agreement with Utility Service Partners Private Label, Inc., d/b/a Service Line Warranties of America (HomeServe), for voluntary service line protection plans for Village property owners.
  3. Approval of the creation of an Administrative Services Coordinator position within Village Administration and authorization for the Village Administrator to recruit and hire within available budgeted resources.

Discussion, consideration, and possible direction to staff regarding the scope of a comprehensive review of Village fees, permits, licenses, utility connection charges, and other municipal fees, and direction to return to the Governing Body with a proposed updated and consolidated fee and permit schedule for consideration at the January 2027 regular meeting.
