Extend the Term of the Agreement through October 19, 2027.2. Increase the Amount of Compensation by $20,000 for a Total Not-To-Exceed Amount of $83,000.

Request for Approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Parkhill of Rio Rancho, NM, for Design, Bid, and Construction Management Services for a New Maintenance Shop and Administration Building at the Caja del Rio Landfill (RFP No. 25098); and <br><br>1. Add Task 2 (Schematic Design), Task 3 (Design Development), Task 4 (Construction Documents), Task 5 (Bid Phase Services), and Task 6 (Construction A/E Phase Services).2.
