The approval was for construction of a 733 sq. ft. guesthouse with a height of 14’-4” where the maximum allowable height is 16’-4”, and to construct a yard wall to the maximum allowable height of 4’-0” and a trellis to a height of 9’-0”. The approval was for construction of a 3,440 sq. ft. residence to a height of 20’-3” on a sloped site, where the maximum allowable is 16’-4” and up to 4’-0” of additional height may be permitted at the board’s discretion: 6’-0” high fencing.
