Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and the Governing Body of the City of Española will enter into Executive Session in accordance with the New Mexico Open Meetings Act: Pursuant to the New Mexico Open Meetings Act, NMSA (1978), Section 10-15-1(H)(8), discussion of the purchase, acquisition or disposal of real property or water rights.
