3. Approve amendment No. 3 to contract 24-019 with Casa de Peregrinos, Inc. to add additional services to the scope of work and increase the contract by $50,000.00, for a new contract total of $240,000.00.
4. Approve contract amendment for Architectural & Engineering services from Nine Degrees Architecture & Design, INC through Cooperative Educational Services in an amount not to exceed $164,358.45 for design of the Betty Mcknight Food Pantry in Chaparral.
