- A Resolution directing the county clerk to publish a notice of intent to consider an ordinance approving of amendment to the form of lease agreement previously approved by the County in connection with the $240,000,000, Doña Ana County, New Mexico taxable industrial revenue bond (Milagro Solar I, LLC Project) series 2023 to update the proposed allocation of the annual payments in lieu of taxes to the county and school districts located within the County in conformity with the requirements of section 4-59-4 NMSA 1978; authorizing execution and delivery of the bonds with updated series designation to reflect the date of issuance and delivery and ratifying certain actions taken previously.
- Approve re-assignment of lease contract DAC 85-37 for Doña Ana County International Jetport Lot F-3B by A.B.A.N.E. Properties, LTD., to Cactus Shamrock, Inc. The first-year lease payment will be $2,640.00.
- Approve an extension of lease contract DAC 08-01 for Doña Ana County International Jetport Lot F-02-E between Doña Ana County and KDNA Hangar F2-E, LLC. The first year lease payment will be $3,665.86.
