- Resolution to publish notification of intent to change solid waste collection punch card fees from $4 per punch to $5 per punch starting August 1, 2025; increasing by $1 per punch every 2 years thereafter until 2031.
- The Board is asked to award RFP #25-0048 Special Audit Services to Jaramillo Accounting Group, LLC in the amount of $323,200 plus applicable GRT for professional services for 1 year and renewable up to two (2) additional years. The County issued RFP #25-0048 on May 11, 2025 and received one response of the firm was selected for award. The Commission is also asked to delegate signatory authority to the County Manager for all related documents include contract, amendments, renewals, change orders, task orders, and other documents as required.
- Authorizing allocation of up to $1,350,000 from the Hospital Lease funds to DAC Fire Rescue for emergency medical services vehicles and equipment, plus $1,200,000 to the City of Las Cruces, the Town of Mesilla, and the City of Sunland Park in the form of grants to support Fire-based emergency medical services capacity building.
