- Accept State of New Mexico Capital Outlay Grant Agreement Capital Appropriation Project for Public Safety Radio Equipment in the amount of $50,000.00 along with associated Budget revision and resolution.
- Approve property purchase and associated resolution to purchase 2480 Lakeside Dr. in the amount of $1,100,000.00 and authorize County Manager or designee signature authority for the execution of the purchase agreement, closing documents, deeds, contracts, amendments, budget revision, budget resolution and all related documents associated with the project and acquisition.
- Approve Amendment No. 3 to contract 25-064 with Mesilla Valley Community of Hope to add additional housing assistance services to the scope of work and increase the contract amount by $423,560.00 for a new contract total of $650,560.00.
- Approve an assignment of lease contract DAC 19-153 for Lot F-03B-S from Randy Wright and Aletha Wright to T Triple R, Inc. with the first year’s lease rent in the amount of $3,659.26
