1. Accept Behavioral Health Reform and Investment Act Funding Opportunity for a Behavioral Health Regional Plan agreement in the amount of $60,000.00 along with associated budget revision and resolution.
2. Approve Sub-Grant Agreement between Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Office and New Mexico Department of Transportation in the amount of $108,500 to fund End Driving While Impaired (ENDWI- $46,500), Buckle-up (BKLUP/CIOT-$10,000), Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP- $47,000), and Distracted Driving ($5,000) traffic projects, along with associated budget resolution and revision.
3. Approve the purchase of property located at 2780 W. Picacho in the amount of $2,359,895 plus associated closing costs, owner's policy, insurance commitment, etc. and associated budget revision transferring budget from hospital lease fund reserves, budget resolution, and property purchase resolution and authorize County Manager or Designee signature authority on the purchase agreement, closing documents, deeds, contracts, amendments, revisions and all related documents associated with the project and acquisition.
4. Approve New Mexico State Contract with Phil Long Dealerships to purchase (9) Nine Ford Vehicles in the amount of $917,034.90.
5. Approve the use of $256,832.00 of Detention Center budget from Capital Outlay Equipment for the lease purchase of 109 new Guardian RFID Devices and software known as Spartans and the lease purchase upgrade to 91 existing Guardian RFID Devices (Spartans) and software.
6. Authorization to Publish Title and General Summary to an Amendment to Ordinance No. 363-2025: The Lodgers' Tax Ordinance
7. Approve resolution between Doña Ana County and Casa Ford, Inc for a Lease Contract for Lot F-7S-2 at the Doña Ana County International Jetport in the amount of $7,980 for the first year. Subject to approval by the New Mexico State Board of Finance.
8. Award project contract to Global Maven Enterprises LLC Inc. through Cooperative Educational Services (CES) Contract 2023-05-R1218- ALL, in an amount of $146,846.88 to continue the improvements at the Delores Wright Soccer Fields located in Chaparral New Mexico.
