- Increase cap in reference to the NM Statewide Price Agreement # 40-00000-23-00045 for Wagner Equipment Co., by $350,000 for Utility project.
- Approve CES Contract with Phil Long Dealerships to purchase (1) one Kia Hybrid Plug-in Minivan in the Amount of $54,791.
- Approve New Mexico State Contract with Phil Long Dealerships to purchase (1) One Ford Econoline Prisoner Transport Van in the amount of $179,279.40.
- Authorize extension of contract to JAG related to Special Audit to March 31, 2026; authorize increase to Purchase Order 25-00000605 by $48,000, from $323,200 to $371,200 to cover additional scope and effort.
- Approval of an amendment to increase Doña Ana County contract 25-204 with Incite Network, LLC to $540,000 for continuation of scope of services for the current period. Authorization is also requested for the County Manager to sign all related contract documents, amendments, and renewals to ensure timely execution and continuity of services. In addition, approve the associated budget revision and budget resolution allocating funds from general fund reserves to the County Manager's Budget, to cover the difference of the $160k change order increase. The $40k Task Order will be covered by grant funding.
- Public Hearing for Amendment No. 1 to Ordinance No. 363-2025: The Doña Ana County Lodgers' Tax Ordinance
- Approve an assignment of lease contract DAC 14-096 for lots F-02G & F-03F at the Doña Ana County International Jetport from Angel Peralta to Red Arrow Leasing, LLC with the first year’s lease rent in the amount of $6,069.87.
- Award Bid 26-0004 to La Calerita Construction, LLC for the construction of the Industrial Avenue Overpass Grade Separation Project.
- Award Project Contract to LC Structural in the amount of $212,772.40 through CES for new flooring and acoustic ceiling panels for the Mesilla Valley Regional Dispatch Authority
