1. Approve contract renewal with Insight Public Sector to purchase Microsoft Enterprise Agreement in the amount of $425,640.89.
2. Accept Department of Finance & Administration Grant Agreement for $208,482.00 for Lisa Pond Project and Associated Budget Revision and Resolution
3. Use of Sourcewell Pricing Agreement with Wagner Equipment for the lease of (3) CAT 950 Wheel Loaders in the amount of $178,720 per year.
4. Accept Colonias Fund Agreement for $4,754,963, including Grant, Loan and Match funds for Datil Pond Project by Resolution and with Associated Budget Revision and Resolution
5. Approve purchase of Zoll equipment for rescue and fire apparatus from Zoll utilizing Sourcewell contract 2023 041823-ZLL in the amount of $521,067.30.
6. Accept FY26 Grant Award from The New Mexico Public Regulations Commission (NMRPC) in the amount of $287,239.00 for NMSU Fire to purchase SCBA's and $25,000 for Fire Administration for stipends and associated budget revision and resolution
7. Approve purchase of Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA's) from Municipal Emergency Services for New Mexico State University Fire Department in the amount of $287,238.34 utilizing Source Well Contract 011834
8. Approval of an amendment to increase Doña Ana County contract #26-082 with Places Southwest, Inc. to $198,000 The amendment increases the contract by $48,000 for a total amount not to exceed $198,000, with no change to the original scope of work. Authorization is also requested for the County Manager to sign all related contract documents, amendments, and renewals to ensure timely execution and continuity of services.
9. Approve an increase of the task order contract DAC 26-129 with Tierra Right of Way for on call land acquisition support from $250,000 to up to $750,000 to cover increased expenses related to recreation centers, community centers, and roads.
10. The Facilities & Services Department is requesting the Board award a contract to Smith and Aguirre Construction for approval to execute a project contract through CES Contract # 2024-17-C122-8 for Fire Suppression Water Line for DAC Fairacres Fire Station and Fire Rescue Station #12 in an amount not to exceed $247,399.10.
