2. Award project contract using CES Contract #2023-01-C1126-ALL to Nine Degrees Architecture in the amount $323,750.00 for Design Services of the Delores Wright Community Center addition in Chaparral, NM.
3. Approve the purchase of bleachers from Norcon Industries, utilizing the CES contract 2023-15-C111-ALL for the Fairgrounds in the amount of $97,682.67
4. Approve the purchase and installation of LED light fixtures from Lynco Inc. utilizing the CES contract 2026-02-R2210-678 in the amount of $178,678.74 at the Public Health Building.
5. Use a Cooperative Pricing Agreement with Verizon Wireless Messaging Services to purchase cellular communication services and equipment for an amount not to exceed $200,000.
6. Award RFP #26-0029 for Financial Services Enterprise Resource Planning Reimplementation to BDO USA, P.C. in amount not to exceed $907,000 excluding applicable gross receipts tax along with associated budget revision and resolution.
