- Award contract to GCC Sun City Materials and Jobe Materials to provide construction materials for future projects in an amount not to exceed $600,000.
- Award Change order in the amount of $172,802.02 to CES Contract 2026-03-R1283-ALL to JGF Built for electric line extension for OEM building.
- Use CES Contract # 2026-03-R1137-ALL with Global Maven for a change order in the amount of $178,903.42 for Asphalt Paving at the Transitional Living Modular Building.
- Approve the add-on and use of AI for an eight (8) year contract, to be included in DASO's current Axon system using Sourcewell contract# 101223 in the amount of $1,091,401.33 for the first year and $1,422,071.52 for the remaining seven (7) years. The Commission is asked to delegate signature authority to the County Manager for all related documents.
- Approve an extension of the lease contract for the Doña Ana County International Jetport Lots F-05A and F-06A between Doña Ana County and War Eagles Air Museum. The first year lease payment will be $31,476.48.
- Approve Resolution Amending Resolution No. 2025-23 to Change the Agenda Category Title from “Approvals” to “Action Items.
- Award contracts to Amador Health Center, Inc., Ben Archer Health Center, Inc., La Clinica de Familia, Inc., and Mesilla Valley Hospital in the amount of $2,979,378.88 to support Resolution 2026-53 and the County Health Care Assistance Program.
