1. Approve use of State Pricing Agreement #60-80500-26-17215 with Holly Frontier Corporation for asphalt emulsions in an amount not to exceed $600,000 from the time of award through June 30, 2027, and delegate signature authority to the County Manager for all related documents.
2. Approve a resolution accepting the funding offer for County Line Drive Phase II from the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) 2026-2027 Local Government Road Fund (LGRF) Cooperative Agreement Program (COOP) and delegate signature authority to the County Manager for all related documents.
3. Approve an extension of lease contract DAC01-0198 for lot F-01E-North at the Doña Ana County International Jetport between Doña Ana County and TAG Aviation & Brownco Capital. The first year lease payment will be $5,599.81.
4. Approve an extension of lease contract DAC01-0199 for lot F-01E-South at the Doña Ana County International Jetport between Doña Ana County and TAG Aviation. The first year lease payment will be $10,810.69.
5. Use Sole Source contract with the National Fitness Campaign (NFC) to purchase fitness court equipment in the amount of $234,050.00 for the Delores Wright Community Center in Chaparral NM.
6. Award Change order in the amount of $765,796.51 (Option A) or $500,678.69 (Option B) to Jaynes Corp for the east parking lot of the OEM Facility Contract #25-197.
7. Approval of Use of Detention Center Contract 26-199 with Security Concepts, Inc. for Security Guard Services at the Doña Ana County Government Center in an Amount not to Exceed $250,000.
8. Approval of Increase for PO26-00000289 in the Amount of $25,000, Increasing the Total Purchase Order to $191,935.47, to Cover Additional Security Guard Services at the Government Center.
