3. Approve Memorandum of Understanding between Doña Ana County & City of Las Cruces for the Emergency Vehicle Operation Course (EVOC) to utilize $2,500,000.00 of approved funds from the approved FY27 budget.
4. Accept funds from the State of New Mexico Department of Finance Administration Local Government Division (DFA) in the amount of $1,438,439.00 for the Local Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) Grant and Distribution Program, along with associated budget revision and resolution.
5. Annexation petition submitted by the City of Sunland Park for approximately 362-acres located along the NW municipal boundary of the City of Sunland Park and Pete Domenici Highway.
6. Approve American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) budget revision and related resolution for approved projects Office of Emergency Management facility and Enterprise Resource Planning system.
7. Presentation of Services provided under New Mexico State University Cooperative Extension Services
8. Approve Proclamation Celebrating El Paso Electric's 125 Years of Service as the Region's Energy Provider.
9. Doña Ana County Treasurer's Financial Report for the month of June 2026.
