  2. Approve TIPS RFP 240901 Transportation Vehicles contract with Vanguard Truck Centers to purchase (3) three Mack Granite dump trucks in the amount of $681,659.29.
  3. Approve Use of a Cooperative Educational Services (CES) Contract with Milestone Construction, LLC for the Construction of a 30-50 Pre-engineered Metal Building for the Doña Ana County Roads Department next to an existing shop building in the amount of $318,477.23.
  4. Accept funding in the amount of $1,000,000.00 from the US Department of Transportation for the High Mesa Road Corridor Development Project
  5. Approve budget revision for the allocation of the FY26 New Mexico State Fire Fund carryover for New Mexico State University Fire Department for the amount of $41,467.07.
  6. Appoint two (2) members of the public to the Animal Services Center of the Mesilla Valley (ASCMV) Board to serve two- year terms.
  7. Approval of a budget revision and resolution in the amount of $601,134.00 for the LC00540 T/LPA Local Bridge Replacement project for Kit Carson and Savannah Road bridges.
  8. Presentation and Update on the status of the Facilities Conditions Review.
  9. Resolution approving the budget revision for the allocations of the FY26 New Mexico State Fire Fund carryover for Doña Ana County Fire and Rescue for the amount of $1,458,075.48.

  11. Approve One (1) new Planner position for the Community Development Department (Current Planning Division) to meet the strategic needs of the County and associated Budget Revision and Resolution.
