2. Consider, and act upon, an amendment to the funding from the New Mexico Economic Development District, Non-Metro Area Agency on Aging for the Nutrition Services Incentive Program (NSIP). The amendment revises the original FY23-24 contract amount from $61,016.00 to $60,644.67, thereby decreasing the total dollar amount by $371.33 <em>(Magdalena Morales, ASC Manager and Veronica Ortega, Community Services Director).
3. Consider, and act upon, agreement with Otero County for receipt of the $35,000 reimbursable grant award for the Alamogordo Public Library services to County residents. (Kim Underwood, Library Manager)

5. Consider, and act upon, an agreement with Otero County for Alamo Senior Center services to County residents. 6.
