Consider, and act upon, Ordinance 1717 for final publication, approving a loan agreement in the amount of $12,000,000 with the Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund for the construction of approximately 6.5 miles dedicated transmission water pipeline from Snake Tank Well 5. (Evelyn Huff, Finance Director) (Roll Call Vote Required)
3. Consider, and act upon, approval of Change Order 2, in the amount of $204,464.54, excluding NMGRT, to La Luz Dirt and Paving, to add additional concrete work, and Sewer tie-ins for the new Natatorium all within the scope of work. (Justen Boyle, Senior Project Manager)
