  5. Consider, and act upon, approval to submit a grant application in the amount of $99,000, with a $69,200 match, to the NM Outdoor Recreation Division, Outdoor Recreation Trails+ Program for the purpose of improving and constructing 1,260 linear feet of the Indian Wells Trail.
