Informal Review.<br>Pursuant to the authorization from the Board of Education, plans for site improvements at Red Bank Primary School were submitted to the NJ Department of Education for review and approval. As required by N.J.A.C 6A:2A-3.2, the Planning Board reviews the project as an informal review and provides comments to the Division of Administration and Finance, if any.
2. <strong><u>Red Bank Train Station Redevelopment Plan Presentation</u></strong><br>Presentation to the Planning Board of the Red Bank Train Station Redevelopment Plan by BFJ Planning.
3. <strong><u>Marine Park, Block 9, Lot 5</u></strong><br>Applicant: Borough of Red Bank, WD Zone, Capital Improvement Project<br>There will be a presentation of the proposed site plans for Marine Park by the Borough Engineer. The Planning Board, per the Municipal Land Use Law, shall review and make recommendations to the Governing Body on capital improvement projects.
