Re: Doc-2 09232026 During the Hearing of Citizens segment of its Regular Meeting of Wednesday, September 23, 2026, the Municipal Council heard testimony from Newark resident, Fatima Jones, regarding the traffic congestion in the area of New Hope Village Apartments at the intersection of Norfolk Street and West Market Street. Hehh The Governing Body would like comprehensive evaluation to be conducted in order to help determine whether the installation of a traffic light or stop sign is warranted to improve safety and manage traffic flow effectively.
