Re: Doc-1 071526 Council Member Anibal Ramos, Jr. requested the Dept. of Economic and Housing Development provide the Governing Body with the process for accessing City-owned property including the City’s evaluation process in determining the successful buyer and a list of the unsuccessful prospective bidders for each respective property. Council President Quintana requested that EHD appear before the Council at a future meeting to discuss the entire sale process.
