Resolution 7R1-d adopted on April 02, 2025 authorized the purchase of Radio Communication Equipment and Accessories from Gold Type Business Machines, an approved vendor under State Contract T0109, sub-contract #83904, in an amount not to exceed Three Million Dollars and Zero Cents $(3,000,000.00). Additional City Departments that wish to use the Contract shall be permitted, subject to certification of availability of funds.
