This Agreement (the “Agreement”) effective June 1, 2025 is entered into by and between the city of Newark, a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey, having its principal offices at Newark City Hall, 920 Mayor Kenneth Gibson Blvd., Newark New Jersey 07102 (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), and, Greystone Select Incorporated, a corporation with offices at 499 Seventh Avenue, Third Floor, New York, NY 10018 (hereinafter referred to as “Greystone” and/or “Contractor” collectively (“the Parties.”)
