Re: 7R2-e Private Sale/Redevelopment Council Member Anibal Ramos Jr. made a request that the Administration include the following additional information when submitting legislation for the sale of city owned property; 1) The number of Letters of Intent (LOI) a property received over the past five years. (5) 2) The process for consideration when accepting a LOI 3) How each successful entity is selected when several inquiries have been made for the same property.
