Re: Extension of Emergency Contract-Temporary Shelter Services Council Member Anibal Ramos, Jr. requested that the Division of Homeless Services provide a written report detailing the Administration’s plan for the reduction in the availability of emergency shelter housing and the shift to transitional housing. Include in the report the plan for the evaluation of services and programming.
