Re: Moratorium of Street festivals Council Member Carlos M. Gonzalez cited the City’s impending budget crisis and requested that the Administration’s strongly consider and immediate financial restraint by imposing a moratorium on non-essential spending projects, I.e., street festivals and large community events, until the financial health of the City is more secure.
