Re: 6PSF-g Developer contributions/givebacks to the City of Newark At its regular meeting of Wednesday, June 5, 2024, the Municipal Council adopted a “MOTION” sponsored by Council Member Carlos M. Gonzalez “requesting the Department of EHD provide the governing body details on any additional contributions /givebacks made by the developer in addition to how the contributions were distributed.
