Re: PSE&G Outage Reporting The Governing Body heard a presentation from PSE&G representatives, Gary Williams and Sara Pena. Council Member Ramos stated oftentimes residents call council offices seeking their assistance to resolve lighting and billing issues. In this regard, Councilman Ramos requested the Administration provide clarity on the proper protocol and/or preferred practice to reporting street lamp outages.
