Re: 7R2-h, i, j Business Improvement Districts residential tax surcharge billings Council Member Anibal Ramos, Jr. requested that the Tax Assessor’s office provide a list of residential properties that were within the City’s various Business Improvements District that were erroneously billed additional tax surcharges in 2023. In addition, provide an explanation as to how the error occurred and the safeguards implemented to prevent future occurrences. Also, please provide a listing of residential properties listed in each business improvement district.
