Re: 6PSF-a Intermodal Container Lot License The Governing Body deferred the above referenced legislation as per the request of Council Member Silva. Council Member Silva has requested that the Administration coordinate a meeting with New York/New Jersey Port Authority representatives and Council Members to resolve important issues regarding the City’s establishment of new regulations and licensing permits to regulate and oversee the storage of intermodal containers within city limits.
