Request from William Socha to purchase six lots within the Hackett Hill property (Tax Map 0766, Lots 15, 15B, 15C, 15D, 15E and a portion of 15M).A motion would be in order to enter into non-public session pursuant to RSA 91-A:3, II(d) for consideration of property acquisition, sale or lease of real or personal property which, if discussed in public, would likely benefit a party or parties whose interests are adverse to those of the general community.
2. Communication from the Tax Collector requesting the following:Three (3) tax-deeded parcels be deemed surplus and disposed of through public auction.Authorization to accept the highest bids with the Solicitor's Office conducting the closings.100% of the net proceeds be transferred to the Affordable Housing Trust Fund after satisfying all outstanding balances and transferring 10% from the Sheffield Road parcels into the Tax Deeded Property Reserve Account.</li></ol><strong>A motion would be in order to enter into non-public session pursuant to RSA 91-A:3, II(d) for consideration of property acquisition, sale or lease of real or personal property which, if discussed in public, would likely benefit a party or parties whose interests are adverse to those of the general community.
