- Tentative Agreement between the City and Manchester Water Works United Steelworkers, Local 8938.<br><strong>If the Board so desires, a motion would be in order to suspend Rule 29, Labor Contract Ratification, and ratify the tentative agreement this evening.
- Report from the Committee on Administration/Information Systems recommending that the request from Fuss & O'Neil on behalf of Brady Sullivan for an air rights lease to install building canopies on its proposed project at 1555 Elm Street be approved upon the condition that the agreement includes revocable language.(Unanimous vote with the exception of Alderman Thomas who was absent)(Note: Tabled on May 6, 2025, due to revocable language not yet being included in the lease. Revised lease attached.)
