1. Communication from Jeff Belanger, Planning and Community Development Director, requesting approval of an amended master development agreement between the City and Lansing Melbourne Group for construction of housing and a public parking garage on the Pearl Street Lot.<br><strong>If the Board so desires, a motion is in order to authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement and any further documents needed to effectuate the sale and begin construction of the project.
2. Recommending that a payment not to exceed $150,000 be authorized to the NH Fisher Cats for replacement of the field turf per the terms of the contract between the city and the NH Fisher Cats.(Unanimous vote)
3. Recommending that Ordinance Amendment:<br id="isPasted"> <br>"Amending Chapter 117: Food Service Establishments of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Manchester by making changes to reflect the new food code and increasing various fees." ought to pass and be referred to the Committee on Accounts, Enrollment and Revenue Administration.(Unanimous vote)
4. <strong>If the Board so desires, a motion would be in order to enter into non-public session pursuant to RSA 91-A:3, II(d) for consideration of property acquisition, sale or lease of real or personal property which, if discussed in public, would likely benefit a party or parties whose interests are adverse to those of the general community.A roll call vote is required.
