Report from the Associate Engineer recommending the City Manager be authorized to accept $32,000 of Airport Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Grants funds in the amount of $32,000 from the New Hampshire Department of Transportation, Bureau of Aeronautics for operations and maintenance expenses at the Concord Municipal Airport, together with a report from the Associate Engineer - Capital Projects.
