1. <br>Council to discuss and consider action on approving the renewal of Lease Agreements with Telecom West, Inc. for their wireless antenna systems on the Airport and Cemetery Water Towers and authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreements.
2. <br>Council to discuss and consider action on the Contract between the City of Scottsbluff and Scottsbluff Police Officer’s Association, Inc. and authorize the Mayor to execute the Contract.
3. <br>Council to discuss and consider action on the amendment to Contract with Scottsbluff Firefighters Local #1454 concerning Article VIII wages and authorize the Mayor to sign the Amendment.
4. <br>Council to approve the bid specifications for the purchase of a new one-ton truck for the Water Department and authorize the city clerk to advertise for bids to be received by October 8, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
