2. <br>Council to consider a Resolution authorizing the purchase and acquisition of real estate and approving City Manager Spencer to sign closing documents for the purchase of property from Scottsbluff Public Schools and authorize the Mayor to sign the Resolution.
3. <br>Council to discuss and consider action on the Real Estate Purchase Agreement with Scottsbluff Public Schools and authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement.
