3. Council to consider and take action on the Change Order decrease to Simon Construction, for the 42nd Street Mill & Overlay Project, for the amount of $16,735.50.
4. Council to receive a presentation from Nate Rock with West Nebraska Football Club to discuss and consider action on a proposal to waive the fee for the Club to use Landers Soccer Complex.
