2. Council to discuss and consider the Listing Agreement with Haun Nelson Real Estate, LLC to sell city-owned property located at 1502 21st Avenue, and authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement.
3. Council to approve the bid specifications for the purchase of a new, half-ton truck for the Water Department, and authorize the city clerk to advertise for bids to be received by December 2, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
4. Council to discuss and consider action on approving the purchase of three new John Deere wide area mowers, utilizing Sourcewell through 21st Century Equipment, in the amount of $194,242.16.
5. Council to approve the bid specifications for the purchase of a new, three-quarter ton 4 X 4 truck with crew cab, for the Parks Department, and authorize the city clerk to advertise for bids to be received by December 2, 2025 at 10:30 a.m.
6. Council to discuss and consider action on the Third Amendment between the City of Scottsbluff and the Firefighters’ Retirement Plan and Trust, and authorize the Mayor to sign the Amendment and Certificate of Resolution.
