- Council to discuss and make a recommendation on a Liquor License Manager Change Amendment naming John James Goldrick as the liquor license manager of Main Street Market Wine & Spirits, 402 S. Beltline Highway W, Scottsbluff, NE.
- Council to discuss and make a recommendation on a Liquor License Manager Change Amendment naming Blake Frazier as the liquor license manager of Chili’s Grill & Bar, 826 W 36th Street, Scottsbluff, NE.
- Council to conduct a public hearing set for this date at 6:00 p.m. to consider the Zoning Text Amendment to Chapter 25, Article 3 regarding the Creation of the (P) Public Use District.
