2. Council to approve a Change Order reducing the cost of the Avenue H Water Main Replacement Project by $11,671.
3. Council to discuss and consider action on approving the Change Order increase for the 2026 Chip Seal Project in the amount of $9,509.33.
4. Council to conduct a public hearing set for this date at 6:00 p.m. to consider the Zoning Text Amendment to Chapter 25, Articles 2 and 3 regarding the definition of Micro Food Processing and permitting Micro Food Processing as a conditional use in the C-1 Central Business District.
