2. Council to consider action on the second reading of the Ordinance updating utility user fees including water, sewer fees, stormwater, and solid waste collection.
3. Council to consider action on the first reading of the Ordinance adopting the budget statement to be termed the annual appropriation bill for FY 2026-2027.
4. Council to consider action on the third reading of the Ordinance defining Micro Food Processing to include a Conditional Use in the C-1 Central Business District for Micro Food Processing Non-Meat.
5. Council reserves the right to enter into closed session if deemed necessary if the item is on the agenda as per Section 84-1410 of the Nebraska Revised Statutes.
