- Council to consider action on the second reading of the Ordinance amending the Scottsbluff Municipal Code dealing with Alarm Systems for both the Fire Department and the Police Department.
- Council to discuss and consider action on a Business Promotional Event Permit for Panhandle Public Health District for the Drive Thru Flu Clinic Event on October 3, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The permit requests the closure of the south-west portion of 16th Street, outside the PPHD office, blocking eastbound traffic onto 16th Street from Avenue A starting at 7:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Council reserves the right to enter into closed session if deemed necessary if the item is on the agenda as per Section 84-1410 of the Nebraska Revised Statutes.
