- 1 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Economic Development to enter into a grant agreement with Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry, or its designee, to provide economic development assistance to partially finance the purchase of equipment, the lease or acquisition of warehouse space, and the construction of pilot houses, related to the development and implementation of an affordable housing program for low income or homeless people using 3D printing technology.
- 2 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend Section 3 of Ordinance No. 531-2021 passed August 18, 2021, relating to accepting funding from the United States Treasury Department for purposes of implementing the Emergency Rental Assistance Program established under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 and authorizing contracts to implement.
