- 3 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend Sections 241.05 and 241.35 of the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, Ohio, 1976, as amended by Ordinance No. 1143-2024, passed October 28, 2024, relating to food shop licenses fees and categories.
- 4 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Health to apply for and accept a grant from Ohio Department of Health for the Local Tobacco Prevention and Control grant; and to enter into one or more contracts with various agencies, entities, or individuals to implement the grant.
- 5 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Directors of Public Health, Development and/or Public Safety, to enter into one or more agreements with the Board of Education of the Cleveland Municipal School District for the exchange of lands for future redevelopment and the mutual benefit of the parties; and authorizing the Mayor and the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to acquire and convey the properties.
