- 2 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Determining the method of making the public improvement of renewing, repairing, and replacing various water mains in 2027 and 2028; and authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvement.
- 3 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Port Control to exercise the second option to renew Contract No. PS 2023-0298 with PMG Executive Program Management, LLC to provide executive airport development programming, financing, planning, design and related services.
- 4 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To vacate a portion of each of the following streets: Forestwood Avenue S.W., Midvale Avenue S.W., West 185th Street, West 188th Street and West 190th Street.
- 5 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Determining the method of making the public improvement of designing and constructing an upgrade and improvement to the in-line baggage system at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport; authorizing the director of Port Control to enter into one or more contracts with Cleveland Terminal & Equipment Company for that purpose; authorizing the purchase of materials, equipment, supplies and services if not provided under the public improvement; and authorizing one or more agreements to implement the improvement.
- 6 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Directors of Public Health, Development and/or Public Safety, to enter into one or more agreements with the Board of Education of the Cleveland Municipal School District for the exchange of lands for future redevelopment and the mutual benefit of the parties; and authorizing the Mayor and the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to acquire and convey the properties.
- 7 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Safety to cause payment to Cuyahoga County for services rendered through the County Medical Examiner’s Office to reimburse the County for the City’s share of costs for maintaining and use of the Automated Fingerprint Identification System.

- 8 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Health to enter into one or more agreements with The Ohio State University, East 66th Street Services Inc and other entities to support the administration of the City of Cleveland’s community gardening program known as the “Summer Sprout Community Gardening program”, for a period of one year with an option to renew for an additional one-year term, exercisable by the Director of Public Health.
