Rainey Memorial Institute, for the purpose of providing various arts-education and enrichment activities under the City’s Out of School Time Program, for a period of one year, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Finance
- 68 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into one or more requirement contracts without competitive bidding with Murphy Tractor & Equipment Co., Inc. for the purchase of proprietary replacement parts for heavy-duty construction equipment, and labor and materials to repair and maintain the proprietary equipment, for the Divisions of Water, Cleveland Public Power and Water Pollution Control, Department of Public Utilities, for a period of two years.
- 69 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the City of Cleveland to participate in the Sustainable Ohio Public Energy Council electric aggregation program to serve residential and small commercial customers; and authorizing the Director of Finance, on behalf of the Office of Sustainability, to enter into one or more contracts with the Sustainable Ohio Public Energy Council to implement the electrical aggregation program for a period of up to 36 months, beginning with the August 2026 meter read cycle.
